Prestigious Dreamz, ships to all the pin codes in India. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.

 

ORDER DISPATCH:

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days post dispatch, depending on your location.

ORDER TRACKING:

Once order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link to follow your package.

ORDER DELIVERY:

For India:

Our logistics partner usually delivers the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order

Delivery through Speed post (India Post) is included but these are not eligible for return pickup.

International Shipping:

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned - our global rollout is coming soon!

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping within India:

Prestigious Dreamz offers free shipping for all prepaid orders within India. Shipping charges/Cash-handling charges is applicable for all COD orders within India.

 

Delays & Exceptions:

• During high-demand periods like sales events, holidays, festivals, or in case of unexpected circumstances such as severe weather, dispatch times may be delayed.

• A 10 Digit Indian Mobile Number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India as an OTP based delivery is followed by our Logistics Partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead to non-delivery of the package which is totally beyond our control. If the package returns back to our warehouse an additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer to reship the package.
